Good morning, rockstars!

Old Anglers hosts a riverside fundraiser concert, while Club Pilates stretches into Potomac with a grand opening, and Potomac Skin Care preps for an open house glow-up.

Plus, another RE Market Monitor for another by-the-numbers check-in on Potomac’s real estate market.

Potomac's never boring. Let's loop.

🗞️ THE LOCAL LOWDOWN

Grateful Village Rocks Old Anglers for a Cause

This Friday, Potomackers can enjoy an evening of local live music with real impact.

The GratefulGiving Concert, a community-hosted fundraiser created by Shulman Rogers & friends, will benefit the Organization for Autism Research (OAR). With the hosts covering the venue and refreshment costs, every dollar from ticket sales and donations will go directly to OAR.

Founded in 2001 by parents and grandparents, OAR focuses on applied autism research and projects that provide practical solutions to everyday challenges. Over the past two decades, OAR has invested more than $5.3 million in new autism research, awarded $1.9 million in scholarships to autistic students, and published the widely used Life Journey Through Autism guides for families, educators, and caregivers.

The concert takes place at Old Angler’s Inn this Friday, Sept 26, beginning with a 6:30 p.m. happy hour that includes two complimentary drinks, followed by a 7:30 to 10:00 p.m. set from Grateful Village, a professional Grateful Dead tribute band.

Tickets are $40 in advance or $50 at the door, with attendance limited to 150 guests.
