🚨 A Cogir of Potomac caregiver is charged with murder. Maurquise James, 22, a medication technician at the senior living facility, has been charged with first-degree murder in the Valentine's Day shooting death of 87-year-old resident Robert Fuller Jr., a retired attorney and Navy Reserve officer found shot in his apartment.
